Came in today and had the best experience with Sam Hall. He went above and beyond to explain every little question we had while shopping for MacBooks. He is very knowledgeable and enjoyed his great customer service. Give that man a raise !!!!

I visited this location to trade in some old Samsung devices after switching back to the Apple ecosystem. I had already received my trade-in quotes online, and the website directed me to complete the process in-store. The associate who helped me with my trade-ins was fantastic—he assisted me right away, and the entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the experience took a turn when a floor manager or supervisor got involved after I inquired about an item I was wanting to purchase. I made it clear several times that I intended to pay for my purchase in full and had no interest in financing it. Despite that, she repeatedly pressured me to apply for financing and annoyingly just would not accept no for an answer. I eventually agreed just so the conversation would end and I could complete my purchase. What made the interaction especially uncomfortable was that she began making assumptions about my annual income, implying that I only make around $20,000–$30,000 a year. This store has terrible customer service!!!! The people there Franko and Roland for sure are very unwelcoming. Jordan today was very unwelcoming. I would like to also emphasize how several employees there walk around the store without offering assistance and feel as if the world revolves around them. They really show that they hate their job!!! I worked in customer service several years and I have never experienced such terrible customer service…. Employees please remember that you are representing Best Buy!!! Do better or go find another job that didn’t consist of customer service.

My resent experience was lacking. Hadn't been to best buy in a long time. I made a big purchase that I didn't feel completely comfortable with when I left the store. The staff wasn't so knowledgeable in the department I made my purchase. Merchandise will be returned today. The greeting squad upon entering and departure was exceptional. The only highlight of my visit. After my visit to return this laptop, it'll be a long time before I go back. Good in person customer service is lacking across the board. It explains why Amazon is doing so well. Best buy you use to be my go-to for electronic needs. But not anymore. My last visit was very disappointing. You've got to do better Best buy.

The sales person at the Beaumont store was very friendly and helpful with our purchase of a 40"TV and wall mounting system . Highly recommend
